The School organizes Yearly NIGHT OUT CAMP in school premises in order to provide a well integrated and educationally perfect combination of learning by doing. Such camps help as a great boost up for the students who dismiss physical activity as a meaningless exercise. Fear grooves originate in our mind and eat deep into heart and soul till they find a let-out point. To overcome this one must stretch out beyond the limited and defined space. Adventure Camps are an endeavor towards achieving this goal.
The Adventure Camps in CLGWS are conducted under strict supervision of experts, coaches, physical education teachers and camp managers. The School caters to the needs of camping students and every detail is carefully monitored for the safety of the participants and for a smooth flow.
The Delhi based New Horizon Adventures have been engaged for the past three years for organizing adventure camps. The entire program is chalked out to be conducted within the immaculately done campus fields, the crystal clear swimming and splash pools, a tastefully built auditorium and protected terraces.
The activities usually commence with educating the children on precautionary measures in the daredevil acts they would take on, followed by warming sessions. They are so designed as to lead children from the basics to difficult, to more complicated ones requiring agility, concentration and grit.
Fun activities are also organized for the two night camping session such as dumb charades, collage making and speaking added to singing and dancing. A spread of inviting menus, hygienically prepared keep our children palatably pleased. All safety measures are duly stepped up including medical assistance. The activities definitely set apart all the takers differently as they have a better decision making ability apart from presence of mind, quick understanding and shedding of initial apprehensions. Awards and participation certificates are given to winners and all participants respectively. The closing ceremony is graced by parents and the Management, besides eminent residents of the city.
